By submitting this request, you and your agency agree to the Language Bank rates and terms: The requesting agency agrees to pay Language Bank a 2-hour minimum. Additional time will be assessed in 30 minutes increments, plus interpreter’s travel time and mileage expense. In case of a canceled or rescheduled appointment (once interpreters are assigned) by the requesting agency with less than 1 business day (2 business days for Deaf and Hard of Hearing) notice prior to service start-time, or in the case of patient no-show or late arrival beyond 30 minutes, the requesting agency is responsible for the entire scheduled time. Requests with less than 24 hours' notice are considered emergency appointments. Additionally, appointments scheduled for weekends, after 7 PM, or before 7 AM are subject to emergency rates.
