We currently provide on-site and remote interpreting services to more than 200 clients in all professional and business settings including: medical offices and hospitals, courts and law offices, schools and educational institutions, social service organizations, insurance companies, and more.
Language Bank on-demand and scheduled remote interpretation are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
On-Demand Remote Interpretation
There is no minimum commitment or monthly fee to utilize our services. You are charged only when services are rendered. We currently provide on-demand Over-the-Phone and Video-Remote Interpretation to healthcare organizations, government agencies, nonprofit agencies, and many others.

“The Language Bank provides “in person” interpreting services that cannot be matched by a “phone in” service. The clinicians from Concord Regional VNA visit and treat patients in their homes, and having an interpreter in the home facilitates a meaningful experience for the patient and our staff.
There have been many circumstances in which the Language Bank staff have gone out of their way to arrange for an interpreter when a patient needed a visit on very short notice. You can tell that it’s important to the Language Bank staff that we can get interpreter services when we need them, no matter the time or day.
I like that we can schedule services online. The website allows us to schedule multiple appointments for the same patient weeks ahead, check on the status and see the name of the assigned interpreter.
